The shower would be fair for a one star hotel. The hotel has great potential but it feels cheap for the lack of recent improvements. Probably it was very nice twenty years ago

During my recent stay at Maxxim Hotel, I was blown away by the hotel's fabulous location and charming atmosphere. The rooms are very nice and comfortable , the design of the room was really different but nice
breakfast was a bit basic and the printer on the computer was not working as i tried to print off boarding passes

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for the dinner. Liked view of courtyard. The hotel had a stunning location in a short walk from the city center. It was also near Ferrara, 5 minute walk from the famous castle and garden area.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.
